01 · Announcement 7 September; court order 4 September 2026

Official liquidation notice: distinguish announcement from appointment

ORIC announced on 7 September that Narang Bir-rong Aboriginal Corporation had entered court-ordered liquidation on 4 September. Jack James and Paula Smith of Rodgers Reidy (WA) were appointed liquidators.

ANND assessment: The announcement is new to this reporting week; the court order predates it. No asset sale, property availability or ANND mandate is established.

02 · Rechecked 14 September; auction 24–29 September 2026

Country Wide Asphalt: continuing equipment campaign

Pickles continues to advertise the BDO-instructed receivers’ equipment sale for Country Wide Asphalt. The detailed timetable is 24 September, 9am, to 29 September 2026, 4pm AEST, across NSW locations.

ANND assessment: This is a continuing campaign, not a newly discovered appointment or completed transaction. Confirm lot condition, fees and collection costs before bidding.

03 · Follow-up review 14 September; prior deadline 3 September 2026

Wilton Greens: outcome remains unverified

The Colliers campaign page for Wilton Greens Stages 3–6 was reviewed again. The previously advertised 3 September EOI deadline is past; this review did not verify exchange, settlement or a sale price.

ANND assessment: Treat the opportunity as an outcome enquiry, not a confirmed current tender or sale. Seek current status from the appointed agent.

04 · Research limitation recorded 14 September 2026

Weekly coverage: no verified completed-sale total

ASIC Published Notices could not be retrieved during this review. No comprehensive NSW appointment count or completed distressed-sale total has been verified for 7–13 September.

ANND assessment: The evidence gap does not mean zero activity. Use named regulator and practitioner records to establish each appointment and transaction separately.
