Commercial property and business sale support for owners and appointed representatives navigating financial pressure, a business exit or a time-sensitive disposal.
Agency services
ANND assists with the commercial sale and leasing process. We work alongside the client’s legal, accounting and restructuring advisers, with authority, scope, fees and reporting agreed before an appointment begins.
How we can assist
Sale strategy, market assessment, campaign preparation, buyer qualification and negotiation for commercial property.
Prepare the sale brief, identify suitable buyers and coordinate commercial discussions with the authorised seller and professional advisers.
Tenant search and leasing support where premises need a new occupier, subject to lawful possession and the owner’s instructions.
Locate buyers whose funding, operating experience and settlement requirements align with the sale process. Separate buyer appointments are subject to conflict review.
The process
Establish ownership, sale authority, conflicts, objectives and timing.
Agree the asset schedule, available information, marketing budget and buyer requirements.
Qualify buyers, coordinate inspections and provide written feedback on campaign progress.
Work with appointed advisers on due diligence, lease consents and the agreed settlement process.
Scope & fees
Fees are quoted for the engagement. The written agreement sets out any commission, minimum fee, agreed preparation work, marketing expenses, GST treatment and payment triggers.
ANND acts as an appointed property or business agent. We do not act as a liquidator, receiver or legal adviser. We do not guarantee a price or completion date. Buyer-side engagements are reviewed for conflicts before acceptance.
